Refund policy

 

Yes, we’re happy to help you process a free return or exchange from mag-rush.com with the original receipt within 30 days. Purchases made between October-December have until January 15th for returns.

To return your Mag Rush:

1. If you would like to request a refund for a Mag Rush product, please submit a request here and share with us why you are requesting a refund. 

2. Once your request is approved, we'll ask you to mail your item(s) back using the shipping label provided.

3. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 business days from the date the return is received.

• All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt
• Your items must be in the condition received and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Opened Mag Rush sets purchased from www.mag-rush.com must include the original packing slip or receipt and can be returned for exchange or refund.
• We are unable to issue refunds to gift recipients.
• Once you have provided the information needed for the return or exchange, we will issue a return label for you to print and send in your items.

Please Note: You must submit a return request at the link above and receive approval before shipping us your items. If items are shipped to us without notice and approval, we cannot process your refund.
